True story: Back when I worked for the American College of Radiology, we got a call from some guy trying to find an MRI machine large enough to accomodate his obese wife. The employee actually recommended he talk to zoos and find out who they use for their larger animals.
There must be something wrong with Americans if the solution to our weight problem is manufacturing bigger stuff.
